Anders Invest has refinanced one of its residential portfolios with Rabobank. The recently completed 'Dichterskwartier' portfolio consists of 196 rental and 24 owner-occupied apartments, located in the Stadsdennen district near the center of Harderwijk. Anders Invest has seen strong demand for its residential units, which have been quickly let and the residential complex is now fully occupied. The 'Dichterskwartier' housing portfolio is part of Anders Invest 's Rental Housing Fund . This fund focuses on small households in economically robust regions of the Netherlands, targeting both the young and the elderly. The fund now consists of 1,300 apartments and continues to grow. Anders Invest operates under its own rental label 'Wij Wonen', which focuses on promoting social cohesion amongst tenants.
