PingProperties has sold the Carnisse Veste shopping centre in Barendrecht to German real estate investor KGAL. The fully let shopping centre comprises approximately 15,300 sq m of gross lettable area. The delivery took place on March 13, 2026.

Carnisse Veste shopping centre is characterised by a strong convenience-oriented offer and functions as a dominant neighbourhood shopping centre in the region. Supermarkets Albert Heijn and Jumbo act as the main attractions, supplemented by a wide range of daily amenities. The recent addition of Lidl (March 2026) is expected to strengthen visitor numbers and reinforces Carnisse Veste's strong market position as a future-proof shopping centre.

The shopping centre has 495 free parking spaces, which contributes to accessibility and ease of use for visitors.

CBRE acted as exclusive advisor to PingProperties, which was legally assisted by NewGround Law. KGAL was advised by JLL and legally advised by Houthoff.
