• Premier Development Partners bought the 142,129 sq. ft. space at 34440 Vine St in Eastlake in October.  The new owner has since leased it to Jakprints.

 

  • Galleria at Erieview, a 93,663 sq. ft. retail building in Downtown Cleveland, sold to KRA Management in August.  The building was part of a two property portfolio sale that also included Tower at Erieview.

 

  • Cleveland Liquidation signed a lease for a 15,700 sq. ft. space at Middleburg Crossing in Middleburg Heights in July.
